Margie Coles began as a paralegal at Eisenberg, Cutt, Kendell & Olson when the firm opened in 2000. In 2005, Margie moved to Arizona and attended law school while working in insurance defense. After graduating law school, she returned to Eisenberg Cutt Kendell & Olson in early 2015, working as a paralegal for Jeffrey D. Eisenberg while awaiting her Bar results.
Margie brings over 20 years as a litigation paralegal experience to her cases and has experience at all phases of litigation, from the pre-litigation workup through trial. She has worked on numerous cases that have resolved for six and seven figures. She practices exclusively in plaintiff personal injury cases, including product liability, and medical malpractice. Margie is currently the associate attorney to David A. Cutt.
Margie is licensed to practice law in Utah state and federal courts and is a member of the Utah State Bar, Utah Association for Justice, American Association for Justice, and the American Bar Association.
During her free time, Margie enjoys spending time with her daughters and her pets, exploring Utah’s beautiful mountains, putting in a good effort at golf, and watching football.
