Lena Daggs is an associate attorney with Eisenberg, Cutt, Kendell & Olson. She represents injured victims in personal injury cases, including products liability, medical malpractice, catastrophic auto and trucking accidents, sexual assault, and premises liability cases.
Prior to joining Eisenberg, Cutt, Kendell & Olson, Ms. Daggs worked for G. Eric Nielson & Associates and represented victims of medical malpractice. While there, Ms. Daggs obtained significant recoveries for her clients and learned the intricacies of successfully pursuing and resolving complex medical negligence cases, including brain injuries, medication overdose, surgical errors, and failures to diagnose, to name a few. It was this experience that fueled Ms. Daggs' passion for helping victims of negligence obtain justice.
Ms. Daggs attended the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and graduated with High Honors in 2011. Ms. Daggs was on the Utah Law Review, received the CALI Award for Constitutional Law and Federal Income Tax, and was a William Leary Scholar. She was also on the National Trial Advocacy Team, and competed at the regional competition in California. Ms. Daggs was also a Traynor Moot Court Semi-Finalist.
Ms. Daggs is licensed to practice law in Utah, and is a member of the Utah Association for Justice as well as the American Association for Justice.
Outside of work, Ms. Daggs enjoys spending time outdoors, including hiking with her dogs, camping, boating, and everything in between. She is avid animal lover and volunteers for animal rescue organizations. Ms. Daggs was originally born in former Yugoslavia and immigrated to the United States with her family when she was nine years old.
